With over 5 years of experience in crafting quality custom hats and numerous 5-star reviews, we’re committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Should an issue arise with your order, we’ll make every effort to resolve it. Please review the following terms for returns and refunds:
Eligibility for Refund
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted on custom-made or special-order items, undergarments, or sale merchandise. These purchases are final.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by a valid order number to qualify for a return.
- Refund requests must reference the original order number.
- Claims for shortages or damages must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item.
If your order hasn’t arrived or if you have product inquiries, please contact us within 20 days of shipment.
Refunds are not available for:
- Non-quality issues, including color differences due to screen display variations.
- Items that have been worn.
Return Procedure
- If you believe your item is defective, please email us with "Claim" and your order number in the subject line, briefly describing the defect and including a photo of the item.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Do not return items without confirmation from our team.
- Refund requests are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and you will receive email confirmation regarding your request status.
- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address. For returns due to customer preference (such as a product or color change), the customer bears the return shipping fee, which varies by courier.
For returns due to issues attributable to us (such as shipping damage), we will cover the return shipping fee.
Order Cancellation and Modifications
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us promptly. Due to fast processing, cancellations or changes can only be accommodated before the order is shipped. Cancellations made prior to shipment incur no processing fees.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of your refund request status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and applied to your original payment method. If your refund does not appear within this period, please reach out to us or contact your bank for further assistance.
